Robert earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Real Estate Development and Finance and practiced in the private sector representing mortgage lenders and financial institutions. This experience provided extensive exposure to lender representation, creditor's rights, real estate finance, loan enforcement, foreclosure matters, and complex real estate transactions.
Robert advises lenders, businesses, property owners, and developers on matters involving real estate, business operations, risk management, and dispute resolution.
